In this video I bring you a detailed guide on custom tactics and instructions for the 4231 formation in FIFA 20 Ultimate Team. This is arguably the most utilised and effective/balanced formation in the current FIFA 20 meta, and it provides solidity in defence and offence.

This formation has been greatly developed by other strategists like my good friend Neal Guides, but my variation is a very aggressive one which focuses on winning the ball aggressively high up the pitch (aggressive interceptions for CDMs), overloading opposition defences with a large number of players in the box, and utilising free roam for CAMs.
