Covid-19 — How better breathing can help you in this time. Here's a short video I made that very briefly and simply explains some of the things that are happening when you breathe, what's happening with the coronavirus in your body, and a short breathing exercise you can do to help. Of course, please wash your hands, don't touch your face, practice physical distancing (while continuing to connect socially in safe ways, like online with friends, family, and communities), and stay home as much as you possibly can. This is a really tough time — be gentle with yourself and others.
