Does China owe the world billions for COVID-19? Matthew Henderson of the Henry Jackson Society tells The Sun online about a new report claiming China owes Britain £351bn for breaking international treaties in relation to the country's handling of COVID-19. Henderson claims China's failure to report key information to the WHO, initially covering up the outbreak and silencing local doctors all may have lead to the country breaking international law.
