Every Easter mom makes Easter Pie...this year she did it two ways. We ended up liking the American better but we think its because of the meats in the Italian. I don't like Gabagool (Capicola), I think it adds a bitterness. The one with the crust is the Pizza Rustica (Italian) version. Honestly delicious...the real meatza meatza.
