Easter Pie - 2 ways. One, the 'American' way and the other, 'Italian'.

Easter Pie - 2 ways. One, the 'American' way and the other, 'Italian'. Every Easter mom makes Easter Pie...this year she did it two ways. We ended up liking the American better but we think its because of the meats in the Italian. I don't like Gabagool (Capicola), I think it adds a bitterness.
The one with the crust is the Pizza Rustica (Italian) version. Honestly delicious...the real meatza meatza.
