Whispers in the Wind will be your guide in a calming meditation to bring peace to your energy and to release tension and anxiety. Sit or lay in a comfortable spot on the floor or bed (wherever you feel most restful and relaxed) as I guide you through this meditation to a feeling of total Savasana. Be aware of your breathing as you slowly fill your lungs and release the negative energy. Enjoy. Do this as many times as you need to when you feel stress or anxiety building. Be safe.
