The owners of this beautiful estate home wanted to modernize much of the interior and exterior while preserving the character of the home. Their goal was also to acquire a more functional kitchen, more livable hearth room and additional garage space along with several outdoor living improvements. Extending the Hearth room and adding on a 2-car tandem garage and laundry room resulted in extra living space which helped incorporate more elements. Connecting these structures with a new deck provided a space to add beautiful outdoor living features. Replacing the dated pool deck created an opportunity to bring all of the finishes and hardscapes together.
