Matt Hancock: 'Families should be able to say goodbye to their dying relatives'

Health Secretary Matt Hancock has announced plans to help nursing and care home which have been struggling in the face of spreading infections. And he said that he would make adjustments to help give families the chance to say goodbye to dying relatives.
