Sorry forgot to mention this, this whole journey started around Jun/July 2019 until now!
If you see that I am looking down a lot, it’s because I had bullet points on what I wanted to say in front of me (even with that I sucked, haha). I’m super bad at memorising what I want to say. Hahaha.
I myself got confused by the pounds and kg, because normally i would use KG.
so 10KG equals to 22 pounds and vice versa :D.
You can clearly tell that I’m very uncomfortable & awkward in front of the camera, this is my first time really sitting down and talking in front of a camera, so the things I said might not be conveyed articulately.
Imagine me going through the editing process looking and listening to myself. *pukes*
I feel like I didn’t really cover everything on my weight loss, I’m scared the video would be super long. Do drop any questions that you have! or if you enjoy this kind of content, i’ll make more videos going into details on how the journey went.
I never imagined that this is where I would be in terms of my weight, I did tell myself that I really want to do something about my weight before I hit 30.
I’m still not at the weight I want to be, I’m aiming to lose a bit more weight, maybe around 22 pounds more.
As I said in the video, I was never harsh on myself for being the weight that I was. But it was also frustrating that sometimes being a bigger size, it limits my ability to do so much more. I love playing sports, I enjoy travelling, I enjoy nature.
It just felt that the size that I was in was holding me back.
This is my own personal journey, some might relate and some might not.
