I got dates from UAE! What is the benefits of it?

I tried a bite of dates in Korea!
Dates from middle east and northern Africa are one of the famous fruits and snacks as well.
Muslims eats dates a lot especially when they break their fast in Ramadan,
since it’s one of the practice of the prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h).

What is your favorite dates?
I could be specific country’s, brand or texture.. :)
