Trump Wants To Withhold Federal Funds From Blue States

On Monday, Donald Trump wondered aloud on Twitter why on earth his administration should be sending any funds to blue states run by Democrats. He claims that these states did a poor job of managing their funds, but that same fact didn't stop him from bailing out corporations.
