Training plan are :
5 rounds
each round divided into three levels :
Level 1 : difficulty level easy ( for Begginer)
Level 2 : difficulty level moderate ( for intermidiate )
Level 3 : difficulty level hard ( for advance )

After completing all levels, you can proceed in joining the gym.
