On the evidence of this Christmas "special", it's hard to imagine why Little and Large had their own primetime BBC show until 1991. They are so deeply unfunny it's almost painful. Large's impressions are woeful, and Little is a complete charisma vacuum who seemingly exists only to be bullied by Large. Oh, and the casual racism too (see the doll's hospital sketch). Music is provided by Lena Zavaroni and Sheena Easton.
A product of their time? Sure. Doesn't stop them being bloody awful. Consider this upload as being for educational value about how terrible primetime TV could be way back in the supposed "golden age of television entertainment".
