The Jaguars seem to be in the midst of a rebuild. With Ramsey, Bouye, Campbell, and Foles gone as well as Ngokoue on the way out, the defense of this team needs serious help. The offense could use some upgrades as well but what got them to the AFC Championship was not Bortles unfortunately.
