Why Torghast Should NOT Be Limited (And What I'd Settle For) - WoW Shadowlands Alpha Feedback

The possible limitations of Torghast have riled up players who have a bitter taste from BFA Horrific Visions. I offer my own feedback and reasoning why I agree with the sentiment that limiting Torghast runs would be a great disservice to an otherwise fun feature.
