Ingredients you'll need:

Sugar glass:
1 cup (240ml) maple syrup

Griddle cakes:
1.5 cup (225g) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons (9g) baking powder
1 tablespoon (14g) sugar
2 teaspoon (5g) salt
1egg
1.5 c milk or 323 g
2.5 tablespoons (28g) melted butter

Per sandwich:
1 egg for the fold
2-4 half slices cooked bacon
cheese of your choice
