PART 3 (of 3 parts) of this specific 40 acre Southern Illinois property walk through and assessment, and a lot of raw land investing tips. In the first part we did an assessment of an old cabin that is on the property, in case you missed that here is the first part: In today's episode myself and Curtis Rogers, from Midwest Farm & Land will walk the second half of this 40 acre parcel and do a pretty in-depth assessment of how good (or bad) this 'raw land' property is, what kind of changes will it need, how hard would they be, could the value of the land be increased and more. I'll also find an antler shed on this hike, could that be a sign from the woodland spirits?
