Was Space Godzilla's Offensive Name a Secret Publicity Stunt?

I just came across some interesting "evidence" that seems to strongly back up the rumblings from some of the community about how Space Godzilla's seemingly unfortunate name was actually a marketing/PR stunt to get reporters to talk about MTG's new set. I didn't believe it until I saw what allegedly may be some of the previous drafts of the card.
