Two are Dead, a Third Has Life Threatening Injuries After Major Crash in Tacoma *NOTE* NOT FOR REBROADCAST WITHOUT PERMISSION

Tacoma, WA: Just after 7 p.m. Tacoma Police and Fire were dispatched to a reported single vehicle high speed crash in the 3600 block of South 74th, just west of South Tacoma Way.

When crews arrived they found one person had been ejected from the vehicle, and two people still in the vehicle.

Crews worked tirelessly to remove all passengers from the vehicle.
Fire crews ended up transporting the driver and a back passenger from the scene to a local trauma center and sadly one passenger was pronounced deceased on the scene.

The driver was pronounced deceased at the hospital and the back passenger is listed with life threatening injuries.

At this time no ages or names have been provided, police are working with the Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office to positively identify the deceased.
