This week I wanted to tackle the role of deal sourcers, and whether there are any trustworthy, reliable and compliant ones left to deal with! Luckily for me, I was able to catch up with George and Hannah of Dugard Property. A property sourcing agency based in south Wales who deal with over 800 high quality investors on a regular basis, as well as property investors themselves. I talked to them about what makes a good deal sourcer and what to look out for when working with a deal sourcer.
